Graduate Student Biography I'm a graduate student with the entering class of 2020 working towards an advanced degree with a focus on inorganic/materials chemistry, with the ultimate intent to better energy storage solutions and photovoltaics. Following undergrad I was a Faculty Assistant (discussion and lab sections) for two semesters of analytical chemistry at my alma mater. I then served in the active duty Marine Corps for 4.5 years, and then worked as a civilian employee through the DoN as an Industrial Hygienist and as a Physical Scientist (focusing on air quality within Camp Pendleton's Environmental Security Dept.). I joined the Reserves after active duty and continue to drill with a unit in West Palm Beach, Florida. Education Education: B.S. Chemistry and Economics, University of Wisconsin (2012)
