Due to security constraints set forth by EITS, Google forms on this site will only allow users to access them from a uga.edu account. There are three ways around this: You can log out of your personal Gmail account entirely while you are accessing this form. Google will default to your personal Gmail account whenever you try to access a Google form. Switch to an incognito window. That should give you a UGA login screen when you click on the form link. Go to your personal Gmail account and click on your avatar in the upper-right-hand corner. This will bring up a window with a button that says "Manage your Google Account." If your @uga.edu account is already linked, you can just switch to it. If not, you can link it by clicking on the "Add another account" link in the window.
